Don't give me that look. It's just a rumor (or spoiler). I have been hearing that for quite some time and when I thought about it, I started laughing my ass off. I understand that the ramen guy haven't been appearing lately because of the stinkin war, but it would somewhat sense if he's Tobi. Maybe people are thinking that because Ichiraku  haven't been making money lately in his ramen shop and decides to go after Naruto. Besides, Naruto is his main customer for breakfast, lunch and possibly dinner....and most of the meals remained unpaid......
